It’s panto time again – oh, yes it is!
This year Hong Kong Players are proud to present our 58th panto: Sleeping Beauty, a spectacular re-imagining of the classic fairy tale designed to delight all the family with jokes old and . . . older!
All is not well in the Seven Kingdoms. As King Frump celebrates the birth of his first child, Beauty, the evil Fairy Marla crashes the happy occasion and curses Beauty to sleep for 100 years when she reaches her 18th birthday. But as Beauty’s big day approaches, she finds she has bigger problems to deal with than just her own. Can Beauty, the brave Prince and his Squire, the good Fairy Splenda, and some unlikely allies, overcome all the troubles that face the Kingdom?
