ABOUT ‘ALLO ‘ALLO
‘Allo ‘Allo, by Jeremy Lloyd and David Croft, is based on the hugely successful British television series, which ran for nine seasons. This uproarious comedy relates the adventures of a hapless cafe owner, Rene, in occupied France. He and his wife have stashed a priceless portrait stolen by the Nazis in a sausage in their cellar, where two British airmen are also hiding until the Resistance can repatriate them. Communications with London using the wireless that is disguised as a cockatoo add to the many embarrassments this intrepid proprietor endures in the company of his patrons.

AUDITION DETAILS
We are looking for actors 18+. Some of the jokes are of an adult nature. Younger actors (16-17 yrs old) may be considered with parental consent. Theatrical experience is welcomed but not essential. We are a community theatre company and our actors volunteer their time.
- Tuesday 22nd April, 7pm-9.30pm
- Friday 25th April, 7pm-9.30pm
- Call backs / First read-through: Sunday 27th April, 5pm-9pm

REHEARSAL/SHOW DATES
Tech/Show Week: Monday 29th September – Sunday 5th October @ McAulay Studio, Hong Kong Arts Centre.
Rehearsal days: Wednesdays and Thursday evenings, Sunday daytime
Rehearsals will run from Sunday 27th April until Sunday 29th June. There will be a SUMMER BREAK and rehearsals will resume on Sunday 17th August and continue until the show dates.
